All athletes at Jersey Community High School are strongly encouraged to enroll in the strength and conditioning course offered during the day. During this time, athletes may execute the training regimen specific to their current sport, or athletes may participate in strength training exercise to enhance overall health. Athletes should talk with the guidance counselor as well as their coaches to make the best decision.
